Black coupe and silver wheels
I just bought a black 99 coupe that came with chrome wagon wheels and I'm not crazy about the wheels to say the least. I actually think I prefer the silver painted wheels over chrome and I much prefer the thin spokes that came on the 2000 Corvette. What I'm looking for is pictures of black C5s with silver wheels in particular thin spokes. So, if anyone has silver wheels on their black car I would really appreciate a picture.

I got scared when I started reading your post. I thought you found my deal and took it right out from under me. I am looking to buy a 99 black with chrome wagon wheels too. I also want to get different wheels. Trying to decide aftermarket like the black and polished lip Z06 motorsport wheels or some OEM thin spokes like you are looking at.
I think I have seen thin spokes for as low as $300 in the parts section. So keep an eye out there. I would have gotten them then but still waiting on getting the car first.
