I've got a Whelen Police strobe system on my 2002. I operate it at shows and cruise-ins. It gets a LOT of attention and positive remarks from fellow Corvette owners.

Well it's volunteer for our city. Mostly just rescue, recovery work. Although lately we've been pretty slow, which is a good thing i guess. The accident scenes are what get me
Other then that i can handle it as we don't get a TON of calls. Everybody in the area, including officers, know my car so i'm good there but it's the out of the area people or local's that aren't with it i have to worry about. During the winter i've got my truck for this purpose. I'm MUCH more busy in the winter because with the snow people go thru the ice, or wreck their snowmobiles. Summertime usually isn't as bad here.~Cole~
