Need Electrical Help
My battery was completely dead the other day in the morning. I boosted it, and it was fine for a bit, but dead again the next morning. I then remembered that a few times in the morning when I started my car a message came up on my screen reading "battery charge failure", but it always started w/o any problem, so I didn't worry about it. Had the battery tested and it was fine. Bought another anyway, and had the same problem w' the new one. Took into dealership and they said battery fine, altenator fine....they checked all of the connections and said that it was ready to go. It seemed to be working OK until last night. Went to friends house and came out after dinner and it was dead. Boosted it and drove it for 1km...dead again this morning. Drove to parents house (half hour) today, shut car off and dead again after only 2 hours (inside lights come on, radio, etc...but not enough power to turn over). Any thoughts?
