Head unit removal
Console and accessory panels removed. Is there a secret to releasing the connectors on the back of the head unit? Looking at the replacement unit, only the connector on the pass side looks like it is clamped on. The other connector and the antenna cable look like they can just be pulled apart. I broke a connector on my daily driver, so I just want to make sure I do this right. Thanks.

the antenna cable on every car I've ever seen is just a pressure fitting, it pops right out with a bit of force. Just pull strait out on it and not to the side or you might break something or bend it.
