Although I agree that it sounds wrong, it can be done. Just "tighten" the adjustment bolts that are located at the ends on the rear spring. Make sure to turn them equal amounts.
That is a different desire - not many want to raise the car up past stock height. I wonder how it would affect the handling of the car?
I doubt it would be a positive effect....unless it was being done to compensate for the additional weight of a big stereo, etc. Then again, maybe the early 70s "Pro Stock" look is making a come back. Shades of "Grumpy" Bill Jenkins' first ZL-1 Camaro.....
Funny you say that, my car ('04) has had it's ride height readjusted to stock after I changed suspension, and it does have a touch of rake STOCK! And the 'Vette and it's body style does remind me of a funny car at certain angles. One of the things I like about it that make it look unique!
It's cause im not as old as you guys are isn't it.
Thanks guys =|
Well, if it helps I wanted one when I was 14, My dad got his when I was 16 (then I wanted it even more) and now I'm 21 and I got mine...

I think it's very cool to have a representative from Joel's age bracket. Most of the guys and gals his age are into the import scene, and couldn't care less about an old man's car like a Corvette.
Lets not be arrogant old farts here and show a little tolerance. I wish there was a place like the Corvette Forum when I was 13. I had to make do with magazines and fantasize about what it would be like to own and drive my dream car. We present an opportunity for him to ask question and interact with Corvette owners - nothing like that when I was a kid. I was too shy to walk up to a guy in a parking lot standing next to his Vette and start asking questions. That's the opportunity that we can give Joel.
Joel - if you have questions, feel free to PM me anytime and I will be happy to answer them, even if you think it's a stupid question.....there are none.
