When I bought my 19/20 setup, I did it mainly for looks- the tire widths on the front were the same as stock and the rears were a little bit bigger. Really didn't notice any difference in handling or ride.

Then maybe you should inform me if you are so well versed? I do not disagree with anything you stated in your earlier post. I fail to see where the huge disconnect is when you also stated larger wheels are for looks.
Maybe I should reiterate my statement. Larger diameter wheels are for looks only. You can put a lower profile tire on ANY diameter wheel for better cornering. The reason of getting a larger diameter wheel only to put on a lower profile tire is purely for looks.
