Default LS7 with C5 fuel pump?

Will the C5 fuel pump work with the LS7?

I'm concerned with it being able to pump enough fuel at the proper fuel pressure. Anyone know if it will do the job?

I would think going to a 255 GPH pump would be safer. I don't know everything about fuel delivery, but if most large engine/blower apps need a better fuel pump, I'd think a 505 Hp motor would for sure.

Alright, thanks. Do you know how much power the c5 fuel pump usually supports?

No, but if I had to guess, I'd say if you were making 420 to the wheels, you'd be pushing it for sure. Basically, I think you can get away with it having a good heads/cam/headers/intake/exhaust set up, but don't go too much past that (IE power adder). I could be wrong though! Anyone want to chime in!?
