Seat amnesia
What would make the drivers seat all of a sudden develop amnesia ? Two or three times a week this happens and I jave to reset the seat adjusments. This is no big problem but it does get annoying.

My car is an '04 and was doing the same thing a week or so ago...........until I replaced my original battery, it wasn't maintaining consistent voltage anymore, and I kept losing settings.

very. I have position 1 setup to driving position and 2 setup for get out position, all the way back and as high as it goes. over time it forgets how high it can go and it seems every time I hit the button it goes just alittle bit lower than the last time. once in a while I move it up manually and am surprised by how much higher the seat can go even though its supposed to be going there anyway. as far as I know its a common problem with C5's its even prompted some owners to wish they didn't have memory seats. I wish I knew what the cause is.
