Default Udders??

Hi All,
I'm a C4 owner, but my other half has a C5, with wiper motor problems.
We've been searching the posts on wiper problems and gather the udders need to be removed and cleaned. But I can't find a post that starts from "ground zero" and tells or shows how many of these things there are and how you get them out and put them back in. I'd appreciate some basic info from the C5 folks out there.
Thanks,
Maggie

I took mine out and cleaned them but still had to end up replacing the motor assembly. I got a good used one and have not had any trouble since.
