Both 12V power sources constant, why?
Anyone know why both of my 12V power sources, ashtray and under center console, are constant? Are both of your constant too? My other car isn't...

If by constant you mean voltage is present without the key being in the ignition, all GM vehicles I have ever owned were like that.
