Fuddle poor customer service-RESOLVED

Ordered converter beginning of year and promised trans cooler. Called many time said no problem and still no cooler.

I did a search under automatic transmission and nothing showed up either. Of course, they do not have an archive section to search and that's where the info would be. A word to the wise, research a vendor before ordering from them. Research here would have had you ordering from a different vendor. It used to be that I never worried if ordering from a Corvette Forum vendor. That, unfortunately, is no longer the case. I don't understand what's happened on the Forum in that regard.

Appreciate that. I shall be contacting them. I had not realized that forum ownership had changed hands. Actually, that may explain the Forum sponsorship differences, and sometimes defensive attitudes involving same
