Michelin Pilot Sport A/S ZP(Zero pressure/run flat). Purchsed them from Discount Tire Direct for $1088 incl free shipping and had a local shop that sells fancy wheels install them for $20/tire. Great tire. Don't even consider the Goodyear run flats.

Just last month I had 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S-ZP Ultra high performance Run Flats put on the 01 coupe....
What an amazing difference they made....
Smoother drive, less channeling, way quietier, and grippy.....
Got 32K on the GY's and it was time to switch up....
$1,450.00 installed from Local tire shop, worth every cent !
Thanks for the input, I am leaning towards the Michelin, but at the prices I am in no hurry. I have Sumitomo's on there now, they arem not run flat, they are also not a loud as my C4.
Kumho Ecsta run flats $780 through tire rack last year including freight. not counting dealer install. Still plenty of life left, for the money i would rather spend $800-900 if im going to have to replace them every 2-3 years instead of $1100 for the factory GY that only lasted 2 years!
From the responses, looks like most of you are running Michelin's, from what Iv'e seen the GY cost a mint are nosiy and wear quicker. Anyway the Corvette Race team is running Michelin's too. I am not in a hurry the NON-EMT tires on the car are fine for now and make lees noise than my C4, but I didn't realize until reading the owners manual that there was no spare or tools to change a tire. I did read a thread somewhere on the C4 equiped with EMT that there was no spare but didn't give it much thought. Thanks for all the input, I think I will go with the Michelin's, now looking for a price in So-Cal area.
