I went and test drove a c5 the other day. I sold mine about 6 months ago and I am looking at getting another. As I was driving another vette passed me and waved. I forgot about the vette community doing that. Thought it was pretty cool.

I've just figured out the C5 v C6 wave phenomenon: most C5 drivers wave to other Corvettes because they are Corvette Enthusiasts and have previously owned other Corvettes.
Whereas I think that most C6 owners are totally new to Corvette ownership and just don't know about the "Wave Etiquette"
