Leaking window wash resivior
I know my window wash is leaking, Ive narrowed it to the float. I took it apart, looks OK. Hoses look OK, no signs of leaking. The rubber seal seems plyable. I cleaned the seal, put it back together and after a few minutes, it driped. Any "tricks" that someone has tryed with the same problem? Can I coat the seal with something? Do I just get new seals? Will that fix it or do I need a new tank. thanks for any help.

Is the hole in the tank round and have smooth edges? Does the rubber seal fit snugly? Does the float fit snugly through the seal?
I would try to get a new seal if that's possible. It could be that the float and seal are sold as a unit and not separate pieces.
Check the hole in the tank carefully to make sure that there are no rough edges or that the hole is round.
