Default Changing Shocks on a C5

Here is a short note on very well writen instructions for changing shocks on a C5. Here's the link for instructions http://fuzzydiceracing.com/test.htm
The only thing I did different is remove both the "windshield fluid container" and the "radiator reservoir" so I would have easier access to the top of the front shocks. There are only 2 (easily removed) small bolts on the windshield fluid container and 2 on the reservoir. If I had not read these instructions first I would have never gotten the front shocks out or back in without going insane.

This forum is a great place to get all kinds of awesome information for the do it your selfer. I appreciate all the good advice I get from you all and will try and pass it on. My install went great and the vette rides even better. Thanks and have a great evening... I'm out for a ride with my beautiful wife...

I used the McRat method from this link....

There is no need to remove any reservoir.....you can get an open end wrench on the nuts on the top of the front shocks from the wheel well
