Is there another button in the center console?
My buddies car has a button inside the console next to the fuel door button. Only thing he can see that it does is add static to the radio. I thought it might have been an aftermarket foglight switch, but he says it looks factory installed. Anyone have any thoughts?

Your friends Vette has been specially equipped with a ' Romulan Cloaking device. Tell him to be very careful, when using it. Just because you can't be seen doesn't mean that you can't be hit. 
It's really good for open highway high speed runs. Radar can't pick you up.
