C5 vs Jeep
Riding along I195 yesterday with my wife and some loser in a Jeep Wrangler decides to pull up next to me and swerve within 6 inches of my car, not once, but twice. If I didn't turn to avoid him, he would have definitely hit me. I followed the punk to get his plate and he gets nervous and tries to outrun me. He cant shake me so he starts to wildly change lanes to lose me and at the last second slams on his brakes and takes the exit. Typical coward.
Can anyone run a license plate?

Their response is 
ANYONE can file a complaint against anyone else. Your girl friend is a witness. Filing a complaint as a citizen against another citizen exposes you to liability if you cannot prove your complaint is valid, BUT, you have a witness. If there was no one in the Jeep with the driver, at the least you're going to make the guy sweat.
