I want to go to court but would like to go with some stuff to try to get it dismissed and thats what that site does for $90 and they say it works but I may end up hiring a attourney to go to court for me, my main thing is that I dont want it on my record

If your guilty then accept the fact that you broke the law and pay the ticket. Personal Accountability!!

If your not guilty? Then go to court and present your case.

Yep, it was not even in my vette but in my geo storm (daily driver), I was going with the flow of traffic and kinda got singled out, I just dont want it to end up on my record thats all.

Opt for defensive driving course. That will keep it off your record. Try to use some fancy silver tongue attorney and could still loose.

I'm sorry you got a ticket, but, I'm happy to learn they targeted your Geo Storm out of the pack. As far as I'm concerned, the LEOs should ticket the cars that are not safe to drive fast, over the ones that can handle the speed!

It's best to use a lawyer if you don't want the record or want the ticket lowered. Many times they are able to at least have your speed lowered so the insurance company doesn't get nervous about you as their customer.
