You need to know the paint code. I ordered touch up paint for my "03" Anniversary Coupe and they delivered the correct pen color for the Burgandy Metallic as well as the correct paint for the Champagne Nickel Wheels. I also bought the clear coat touch up pen to put over the paint colors. The colors matched perfectly. The chevy dealership in my area was not able to get me the touch for the wheels.
I have a few small stone chips in on my front bumper/hood. Also a very very minor scratch on the side. I was thinking of taking it to a body shop and see how much it would be for them to 'repair' it. I always thought touchup paint made scratches and chips look worse??? How did this paint pen work for you? Maybe I'll give that a try first. Can you post/send me any pics before/after or at least after? Appreciate it!
Yeah I had always heard touch-up paint made everything look like crap. My brother's Z28 had touch up paint on it, it helped make his front look better but it was REALLY bad to begin with and now only looks...presentable.
