funny dealership story
My brother and I decided to cruise around town and check out the new 08 colors available. He drives a c6 Z RF #84 and mine is an 03 AE, so you can tell we are a vette family. He was looking for a vert for his wife , so we pulled into a dealership and went inside. the only 08 was the new blue that replaced the LMB. Too lite for me. anyways, as my brother and I commented to the sales lady how this color was fugly, another salesman made a cooment that this "blue" color replaced the "red" color. My brother and I looked at each other and tried not to laugh. He kept on insisting that he was right and this blue replaced the red. I guess he did not see us pulled in the two vettes. BTW, they still wanted 5k over for 07 and 10k for the 08 and 20k over for the indy pace car. Oh well, at least it was a cruise.
Maybe this is just their starting point for negociating?
