Soundproofing

I'm getting real tired of listening to the resonance of the run-flats. Any one out there ever tried undercoating the inner fenders surface to tone it down?

Lew..............There are quite a few prior threads on this, here are a couple of links that may help you. And of course, quieter non-run-flats are another option.

I have about 100lbs of dynamat extreme and it made it a little better, but the only way to get rid of run flat noise is to get rid of the run flats.

yep, even the better heavyweight materials do little to stop tire noise.

I agree totally. Viscoelastic dampeners don't really do anything for noise.

Get rid of those run flats.
