Pulled Over and Wrongfully Accused
Officer comes up to me saying this is the same black corvette that was pulled over a couple of weeks ago for causing trouble. The leo kept saying this. This is that same corvette.
I said “no officer this isn’t that same corvette your talking about”
he became very sure of himself saying “yes it is this is it!”,
“this is the same corvette that’s been pulled over two weeks ago and got several tickets”
let alone this being the first time i ever got pulled over on this boulevard. so i told the officer to go check my records since he seemed to be so sure of this. he was surprised, looked at my inspection then took my license. He said he saw me earlier when I chirped my tires and that’s why he pulled me over now
Another cop comes.
He comes up to me reffering my car as the z06, I said no it wasnt and he left. (they thought this was a z06) My vettes a '01 Coupe.
Im heading back to college in a few days and i talked with one of the officers saying I was leaving to go to school in a few days arrangements for my court date n such I expressed towards him to be sooner than later. He went back to his car and 15 minutes later said he couldnt do that because he typed everything into the computer already.
The officer asks me why i thought i got pulled over, i told him i had no idea. (for i was just cruising as posted limit states) He said, i pulled you over for when you chirped your tires earlier in the night. Now last time i remember you cant just go pull someone over for something that'd happened earlier on. You have to pull them over during or after the act has taken place, not an hour or so after.
Other officer returns saying ive got a ticket for tint and unsafe start (chirping my tires) referred to dad take off tint, gave my license back to me saying “oh yea and also, your banned from the boulevard”. I asked for how long,
he said “when do you go back to school”
I said “Friday” then with a big grin he said yea that’s good enough!
What ive been wondering is...
-Why didn’t he pull me over when I created the problem.
-Why did he keep referring to me as the other corvette, thinking I was that another corvette that caused problems yet it wasn’t same car
-He pulled me over then mustve so he had to give me some kind of ticket.
The officer was a real ******* so if I tried to argue I could foresee even more problems arising.
My badluck seems to kick in few days before i go back to school. This whole situation was a bunch of

Sedan, I still have the utmost respect for you

I'm not making any excuses for the LEO's involved in this matter - just remember that there are always two sides to the story.....

My badluck seems to kick in few days before i go back to school. This whole situation was a bunch of Cops are ******. Thats a fact. They say oh, some are good. but the fact is, they are ******. Give them a gun and a badge and they think they rule the world. They so tough and bad. They can make you pay a ticket or go to jail. I bet they go to bed all feeling warm and fuzzy knowing the screwed over yet another person.
My cop told me he didnt eve like vettes. Well, he should lose his job. Cant have people out there giving tickets based on vehicles and not law.
Just another minimum wage punk cop who didn't get hired on at wal mart, pissed off at the world cause he don't have something someone else has. I imagine him and the other cop had coffee later on and called some buddies and had a circle jerk.
Cops don't appreciate anything. It's who can I abuse today with my almighty powers?
Ego.
They think they are special because their *******s.

Tell us how you really feel. I really pity you and your ignorance on the topic. It's pretty easy to bash something you don't know anything about or have very limited experience with. I hope you still don't feel the same way should you ever need to dial 911, a cop will usually be the first responder. To the OP, you had an encounter with some pretty poor examples of law enforcement. If you posted everything about your encounter and didn't leave anything out, you would be entitled to file a complaint and I would encourange you to do so.

(...just got a Corvette...bet that's about to change...)
