I made my own a few weeks ago. I used a template I found on the net. It is close but not exact (mainly along the rear window trim) it isn't noticable. I used some black vinyl on one side and the black carpet from Wal-mart (it isn't an exact match but close).
I can send you the template in a pdf or for the cost of shipping I can print it out and mail it to you.
You can also make a template out of cardboard to get an exact fit.
I used the 1.5 inch foam insulation from one of the Home Improvement stores. It is cheap and you can make several out of one sheet of it.

I used 3m super 77 or 90 ( I think) I don't have the can here.
It is pretty easy, I used to do some interior stuff back in the day (import stuff).
Spray the backside of the carpet and spray the side of the foam you want to stick it to and let it sit for a couple of minutes and it will get real sticky. (this is the dense foam -blue- from Home Depot, Lowe's etc)
The vinyl side I did first -same method as above - left 2 inches or so on the side the carpet was going on and trimmed it to within 1/2" then did the carpet side. I used the heavy duty velcro which I learned that you don't need with foam - I feel like I'm going to break it in half when I need to remove it. I used 6 pieces of velcro(probably over kill) 1 in the corners above the wheel well - 2 along the top under the rear window and 2 on the bottom.
It is quieter but probably not as quiet as a 3/4" mdf partition which I would have made but all my tools are in storage until I find another house or build one or buy a big garage whichever comes first.
