Hmmm machined stuff... my area of the woods...

Nice Chip!!
You could option it to death but one thing I always love is when you take a nicely turned part and then sand the end (or face) of it on 320 paper 'til it's nice and smooth for a brushed look on the face. It just contrasts the turned look enough to look very to me. Also, I like the idea of engraving the face too, maybe with corvette logo's etc, whatever. But does that mean trademark infringment problems? Whatever you do, they look very neat!!

You could anodize them in different colors too. (If aluminum) If steel, powdercoat!! Either way, colorcoat, then engrave, then clearcoat over the engraving to protect that exposed surface...

Too many options make it a pita for you though... Cool no matter what!!

Thankas for letting me give my .02 cents!!

Zilla, how much in Canadian dollars is that?

Hey Jon,

I was thinking of anodizing them as well, but I like your idea for the multi finsh...

Chip, team up with the vendor on here that does stickers. I'm picturing that cap polished with a sticker on top that has all the proper labeling.

And one for the Oil, and one for the Brake Fluid,,,,,, aww Christ, this never ends does it?
