Can anyone kindly direct me to a good place to get non-popup headlights for the C5? I hear they provide for aerodynamic performance along with atleast 10 lbs saved.
The Specter ones look good, along with the rest f there stuff. I've heard the non-popups are a bit tricky to install, but never hard to live with. Besides, you could always ask the seller how to do it properly.
The lights have come a long way in the last few years. Yes, they do require some patience to install but as long as you take your time you will not be disappointed with the results.
I'm pretty satisfied with the BPP non popups. Install was kind of a bear, but it is worth it. If I could do it over again the only thing I would change is installing some kind of filter under the fan (for keeping the unit cool) because it really sucks in the dust. But the light is much brighter over the stock units.
these lights are made by the same person that did Specter werkes from what I have been told.
Would that be the same guy who ran Max-Acceleration? His light kit supposedly was the best, and then he vanished. I understand he also used to work for Specter Werkes.
