What causes this?
I think my car has a slight problem. When I turn on my headlights, they turn up, but no lights come on, bright or dim. Then when I turn them off, they don't want to go back down. After a few minutes, they finally go back down. Turn them on again, they come up, but no lights. The "MPH" in the speedo also is very bright and then suddenly gets real dim, then bright again. The a/c also blows real hard, then not as hard. Anyone have any idea? Any help is appreciated.
