Default Pop up headlights.
Is it possible to have the pop up headlights "up", without them being actually "on" whilst stationary (at a car show for instance)?

Yea, manually rotate them up.

turn them on the back off a click, bulbs turn off, housings stay up

If your car is off then when you do that your battery will die because your foglights will be on, and yes I know you can turn them off, but also your turn signal lights will be on. Best thing to do is manually turn them up.
