What does this mean? Plug wire tracking...

Has anyone ever seen this? I know the pic is crappy(cell phone). Looks like spider web of pollen. Does this mean the wires are "leaking"? I just need to know if I need a new set, even though these are 4 months old Taylor wires.

You'd know if they were leaking!
It kinda looks as if the wire had a Silicone protectant on it and it's cracking like a skin or some sort of sealer that it was shopped with.
You could take your old boots and switch them out if you experience any misfires with them and or don't like the appearence!
