NEED HELP; Computer gone crazy......

This has never happened before and I don't know what the hell to do to stop it or re-program it.
My dash screen is blinking "ON/OFF" at about 50 times a minute "Trac/Act.HANDLG" with the image of the car skidding popping up on my speedometer cluster. I have tried to hit the reset button which puts me back to my odometer/trip screen but that only lasts a few seconds then "Trac/Act.HANDLG" pops back up at which time it goes "ON/OFF" a mile a minute.

I do have the control button on my center console but I press that down and nothing seems to happen there either.
Any suggestion please....

Does the car start? If not, have you measured the voltage at the battery?

Thank You Zilla, I hope this will get me started. For the record, the car does start and run fine...the message starts coming across the screen while I'm driving and just bounces back and forth from "ON/OFF".
