When you put pads on, did you lube the caliper pins? or the pad contact points?

Car is not lowered. Noise is all the time, not associated with applying brakes, lubed caliper pins & pad contact points.

Squeeky sway bar bushing, control arm bushings, worn sway bar link, or ball joint socket are the likely culprits. I haven't heard of balljoint problems on a C-5. So, I would check my sway bar bushings and sway bar links first, then the control arm bushings.
