Costco help please.

Thank you everyone for your help.
Now before the world flames me, I'll tell ya why. The ride, the wear life, the quality, the reliability, the safety, and not I don't sell tires or work for Michelin. I have put over 40K miles on every set of Michelin's I have ever owned.
Costco and other tire stores, won't waste my time, find yourself a good local mom/pop family owned tire store "Chatsworth Tire" mine here in LA. Not only will they tell you whats right, they will bend over backwards to do what you ask and beyond.
Got a nail in my tire drove to the Chevy dealer and well you know the drill, service consultant, wait, wait, news you'll need a new tire mechanic tell service advisor who tells me that will be about $450....Drove right to tire store, owner came out looked, smiled produced a pair of plyers and handed me a screw head he pluked from the tread. Smiled said no damage, did not puncture. Same tire store, wife had a nasty blow out after running over a hunk of metal that destroyed the tire. She went streight to the tire store, manager came out, about half life left on michelins. Have a seat, in 10 minutes the spare was in the trunk and the same tire and ware was on the car!!! No need putting a new tire on and in 20K you'll buy 3 and get one free...wife left happy and I saved $300 bucks in 18 months.

I bought mine from tire rack and then took the wheels only to my local wheel guy and had them mounted and balanced.....
Thank you everyone for your help.

He's got a good point. I personally wouldn't let just any old shop work on my tires and wheels... NO WAY!!
Thank you everyone for your help.
Went to Dobbs (Midwest tire chain). The store manager told me their policy was to only replace OEM run flats with other run flats. They would not put a non runflat on my car for "liability" reasons.
FWIW...ended up getting Firestone run flats from Tire Rack and had them mounted at a local independent who was a Tire Rack recommended dealer. The Firestone Firehawks are a lot quieter and smoother than the Goodyear OEM tires.

However, if you bring in the wheels and tires, they will do the tire swap. At home, take off your wheels and tires, take them to your Costco warehouse and have them do the swap, then reinstall your wheels when you get home.
You do have a jack, a lug wrench and a torque wrench, right? You do have another vehicle to take the wheels and tires to Costco, right?
I offered to drop the SMs phone and PC monitor on the floor and see if it still worked. He said "you've convinced me" and that was that.
Shop around and if they do RUIN something MAKE them EAT IT.
