Fixed stripped headlight motor gear.
Forum members gave the diagnois and fix. Order the parts awhile back from BFranker. Drug my feet but got it done today using all the help the forum provides - encouragement, pictures and on and on. Headlight motors work like a charm. Thanks everyone!!!!!!!

Been dragging my feet also. Left drivers side wouldn't go up. Broght it up manually and now it works fine except for the grinding noise when it closes

GM uses crappy nylon gears, so they will get stripped over time.
