Here's a series of pics in the order that my buddy Mark, aka forum member "ZO6KLR", airbrushed the flames on my interior pieces.
He did an incredible job and the pics really don't do them justice.
Mark has one of those rare talents that I guess you just have to be born with. There's just not many artist out there that can achieve the "tru-fire" look at the level he can achieve.
Even though I watched the entire process, I still don't clearly understand how he accomplished it...

I just picked up the finished pieces after being clear coated and they look even more amazing! ... ...
The 1st step is an "Orange Pearl" base coat
2nd step applying "Candy Apple Red" over the orange
Next is a shot after another coat of "Orange Pearl" was applied over the previous coat of "Candy Red"
"Candy Tangerine" being applied over the "Orange Pearl" in the last step
Here's the completed step of "Lemon Yellow" that was added next
Applying the next color "Candy Tangerine".
Following up with yet another coat of "Lemon Yellow" on glove box.
