effing deer!!!!
This stupid frigging deer just ran into the front/side of my perfect car!!!!!
I thought it was just a few scuff marks, called the police to report it, but when I got home the left headlight won't go down, and there is a small crack in the fender. FFFFFFFF, am I ticked off. Any advice on insurance issues or a place to do some good body work in central mass?
The deer may be hurting, but not as much as me.
I'm an animal lover, but screw bambi.

One ran into the side of mine a year ago.
had a few small cracks in the rear fender and due to the spiral grey paint ...they couldnt feather it so they painted the whole car.
Best 500.00 deductable I ever paid...
Good luck and remember..no repair on these damn cars is cheap!

Deductable should be the only insurance problem - you did report it so there is a police report.

Your "comprehensive" portion of your policy would cover you, less what ever deductible you signed up for. Just remember, there was no way you could avoid being hit by that deer!

Sorry to hear of your pain, Not sure of your neck of the woods but around here the deer hits you, ( comp) if you hit the deer its a collision and effects your rates, I love cops in good moods, happened to me a few years ago with my truck and the cop stressed the question about who hit who.

That sucks, bu your insurance will cover it......You did say your front bumper was messed up too after looking at it again...dont they call that front bumper a Tiger shark?....

I'll have to see if the insurance will cover that.
First thing I did this morning was look in the garage.
It's certainly not the end of the world, but I'm still fuming. Not a scratch until last night. I couldn't tell why the headlight was stuck last night, but the front is slightly bowed in under the headlight to keep it from going down, and the fender is cracked. The hood looks ok. Actually I'm surprised it's not worse. That deer slid for quite a ways. I'll have to see if some shop can help bury my $1000 deductible.
again.Someone better be able to match the LMB perfectly.

I will do my best to rid the world of these critters for you. Just can't start till Oct. 1st when season starts. I hit one a few years back. What a mess. This is one wall, I have 6 more walls of them.
