I ordered my set(s) in mid August. I am deployed and I have order lots of new stuff for my Z. When I noticed that the frame savers didn't come, I just e-mailed Manny. There was no run around or anything. He said there were problems but they were being taken care of. No biggie. I hope this doesn't hurt business any. Things happen and its not a reflection on his good customer service!!!

Got my tracking number from Manny today. Looks like I will be getting the items soon. Thanks Manny. I have never ordered from Engineered Corvette Products before so I can't speak from past experience. I have had a great transaction with this person and will order from again if I need to. I had no reason to doubt what he told me in the E-mails he sent so I am pleased.

I bought a couple things from Manny, even before he was a forum vendor, and was VERY satisfied. He was very responsive to my questions and gave good service after the immediate sale to keep me updated on the status.

I ordered a set because I was impressed with the design and style. Manny expected to ship it out after I paypal'd him but rather than ship something not 100% right, he insisted on better tooling. Rather than make me wait Manny insisted on giving me a refund (thru Pay Pal) and intends to ship to me and AFTER I am satisfied I can paypal him the funds.

Paypal did list the refund as pending and I figure between the currency conversion and them getting a "float" it would take a while. Today Paypal credited me the funds.

I am comfortable that Manny is doing the right thing and would rather wait for the product that we will both be proud of. I had offered to post my positive results earlier but Manny had opted for me not to praise him. Now is the time to say he is stand up.

Problems occur with start up companies and should be expected.
