Default Damn you all . . .

So I've had this sweet baby 2 months now and look what you all have made me do.

Before

Now

And yes, those are B&B PRTs pokin' out there, 100 times better than the stock system.

Thanks All.

Now I'm looking for the little grills that, well, see below . . .

Anybody know of someone local in Calgary that has them?

thanks

I was happy with my vert too, until I found this forum....
Now I got to have Corsa exhaust, TS bumper, new rims, lots of chrome stuff, the engine is so plain, and the interior what was GM thinking....

Chip is the man. Here is a pic of the black powder coated screens I ordered from Chip. They are very high quality and fit perfect.

Interesting.
So they've got deep sticky tape covered flanges on them. I see how this works now. What about the rear ones, how do they attach? I'm also thinking I like the side ones too now.

Damn. Will it ever end?

I am not sure about the sides or back yet as I have to order them still. I was making sure I liked the black powder coated before it got the full set. The front screens do have the tape. Just peel slide them in tilting them so the tape doesnt stick and press down once in place. So easy a caveman could do it
I do have the brake duct screens to as you can see. They just slip in between the front fascia and the brake duct.
here is a pic of them.

That's kinda what I figured they'd be like. I'm not sure I want them though. I don't mind the hole, or if I did, I do them in black so they wouldn't draw the eye away from the chrome ones above them.

Looking good.

You're on your way down a slippery slope. Mine was box stock 3 years ago. Now I spend most of my money on the vette and golf. The rest of it I waste.

I just took one front screen out today, and after seeing it without it, I like having them even more.

MyVetteDream,
WOW.
That's Awesome.

I can't see me going that far though. I think these few chrome bits is going to be it. My true passion is high-end home audio. That's where the real money goes.

But none-the-less, there's still some goodies I need to do and the upkeep and the odd tweak here and there, so ya never know.

Thanks... but those are famous last words... I used to say the same thing

Hey, just remember... it's what YOU like that counts. I was only thinking about it the other day. Oh well... money comes and goes, but mods make you happy everyday... even when I just look at 'em.

I just wanted to say, "Welcome to the sickness..."
.
Dave

Your new exhaust looks great. Now get an exhaust plate to stick between them to finish it up. You'll think of something else after that.
