Who likes to get crazy and fight that inner beast in a battle to keep the car going in a straight line? My friend I have grown up with has owned a high HP MK4 Supra for some years now and that car is a fight at any speed. It's always been a fantasy of mine to own a car that does this:o ... My car wont do this unless I force it with jerky wheel movements, not enough power yet but someday.....

Why?
What you describe may well be indicative of a car with a lot of power, but may indicate insufficient driving skills as well. Probably more people (me included) cannot and may never be good enough drivers to use all the power their cars can produce, hence traction control and other systems to avoid out of control situations.
Of course, I'm saying that living in a part of the country where every time it snows or there's a little ice on the roads every goober with an IQ barely higher than teeth count gets out on the road and goes squirrelly.
Why? For me its an adrenaline rush unobtainable by any other means of driving....I want my car to fight me...Probably because I am young and dumb but i doubt i am the only one on here getting off doing this....
I believe that there are times and places to do these kinds of maneuvers. Though I am very comfortable with my trac/activehandling off (maybe too comfortable sometimes). I have seen ridiculous videos of guys pulling out of there local dealerships and shops try this and immediately crash and burn. My friend did let me drive his MK4 and it was amazing how the cars rearend would sum what float, even at freeway speeds due to extreme power and street tires. I would agree with you fully but it just takes years of practice and experience (not saying I am anything special). I am not talking about this newly hyped (drifting) I respect the professionally drivers for their skill but think the hype and the ricers who follow it are/act ridiculous on the street. Just talking about fighting traction loss from a respected vehicle.
Yeah I live in Tahoe and I have to watch out for morons doing this every winter... Thats why my jeep only cost $500 and when some moron slams into it it wont be a tragic loss for me...

I love it !! I love going 40- 50 mph and laying down a patch 200 ft long.
5000 stall converter, 3:90 rear and alot of nitrous - does the trick for me.
My doctor told me i had to do it atleast twice a week
