Did you hear him saying: "Schuhhubb!!"

That means "thruuuust". He made the elasticity test by using only fourth gear... from 0-280 km/h

He really appreciated the vette! No surprise for me though.

He also said the vette is a car that you've got to drive with your *****...

Did you watch his face when he started up the car? There is nothing like the sound of a powerful v8. I loved it when he floored the gas pedal. Watch his eyes. And that laugh . . .

Thanks for that link. It made my day

I spent a year in Germany when I was in the service back in the 70's. Let's see if I can remember any German........ I think he is saying, "Holly craaaap, this car is fast!".

He really enjoyed it. His conclusion on the test:

Vette is best fun, best price, best fuel consumption

No prob, glad everyone likes it. I'm just glad to see someone not from the US recognize our auto engineers abilities. Looks like if we are not already we are quickly becoming a world competitor!

I really would like to see our beloved Corvette replace military weapons as the gross national product the world buys the most of from us. It looks like at least one German is getting his U.S. consumer goods list correct!
