Default Window Valet weirdness

I used my Window Valet to raise the windows after getting out of the car to pick up a few things at the grocery store yesterday. Windows went up as they should, but I didn't watch them close completely. When I came back out, they were down. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Yes its happened to me before also. If the window feels any resistance, then it will go back down. Its just a safety precaution. Whenever I use it I always make sure it goes all the way up before I leave the car.

Yup. Having that same problem right now with mine. I haven't been able to determine where the WV thinks the window is encountering resistance.

Default I had this problem when I got mine...

There is a setting that lets the WV "Learn" your window, so it knows when to stop. Read the instructions on learning that came with it.
I have not had a problem since it "learned" my windows.
Hope this helps.
