Well, the local chevy dealer had no idea what was causing it ( had it there at least 3 times ) but I found a c-5 mechanic around Dayton that said what he thought it was and sure enough it was exactly what he said. Broken positration preload spring. It has been doing this since the first owner ,who is the general manager of the dealership owned it . He could feel it doing it also.Wish he would have pressed the issue and had it fixed under GM.He did not say anything about it when I bought the car . Here is the broken part.
Jim, how have you been? What were your "wobble" symptoms? I have noticed a "hop" when I accelerate hard around a curve. Assumed it was the runflats. Just curious.
Glad you found out what was going on.

Hi John, been fine .Mine was a shifting feeling back and forth when I first moved it . Then it started making a gringing noise when I turned corners. If you think you have a problem ,I can give you my mechanics name and phone number. You know he has to be good to work on 1fine99. He is the best around this area.
