99 Coupe had been sitting for 15 minutes and started car. Clock had reset to 1:00. No codes and reset clock to correct time and everything was fine. Any thoughts?

Re-set clock and try again.

The only time I had trouble with my clock is when the battery was nearing the end of its useful life. After replacement, no problems. With a new battery, no idea what could be causing the problem.

Same here. Only time I had clock issues was when I had battery issues.

Exactly. Just because it's "new" doesn't necessarily mean it's good. Or for that matter if it's THAT new possibly the connection or the cable isn't quite right. I too experienced what you are, and although it started the engine, it never reached proper standing voltage (12.8v).

Also, when my battery was going out, if I started the car while the seat was adjusting the seat would reverse and go to the far back or exit postion.
