Thanks,Matt

You will MANY posts on that here. I will tell you that I had stock C6 wheels on my C5. They will fit, with a very slight rubbing on the inside rear fender well.
Not enough to for me to worry about it though.

They did fit on my C5. However, the rear tires set really close to the wheel wells. There is apparently enough variation between cars that some C5s do experience rubbing. It might be a good idea use a 5mm spacer as insurance. This should not require replacing the stock wheel studs. Another option would be to use a 1 inch adapter. However, I think that this would cause the wheels to stick out a bit.
As a former C6 wheel owner I say don't do it. They rub really bad. The offset is way off and if you get stock wheels with stock C6 sensors they will NOT talk to your C5 computer.

You beat me to the punch (not about being a C6 owner) but all the other stuff about rubbing and offsets being wrong. The back rims will need about a 3/8" spacer to sit properly
i had them on my car..oem from an 07..i put my stock c5 sensors in it and they worked just fine...and i put a 1/4 inch spacer on the back cuz they were rubbing slightly but not bad, on the inner fender....plus they sat just a little to much in so the spacers made it look better to

before spacers on rear

after spacers on rear.....hard to see the diff but look closely
