Lettering Kit
Like to have some input on selecting either polished "Stainless Steel" or "Gold Metal" lettering on rear bumper of torch red C5. I saw the Gold on a dark blue and it looked OK. I have gold C5 emblems on my license plate frame that I got from Eckler's and think the gold would look good with it. The polished chrome would go with the frame also. Anyone have a picture with the gold on torch red?

I had Gold letters in the back of my C5....One day one letter was missing.....you know...based on several inquires...you can't buy a replacement letter...I would have had to spend over $100 to get a complete set......I went with vinyl letters...a lot less $$ to replace...

Go stainless with SS Inserts!
If you put them on carefully like their instructions direct...I'll bet you never have to worry about replacement issues.

Polished Stainless or Chrome Metal
Pure personal preference. However, I think the stainless is die cut so the edges are sharp. The chrome metal look more like original badging with soft rounded edges.

My neighbor has a polo green vert and he just put gold lettering on the back of his car it looks great.If it were me with the color red i think that the stainless or chrome lettering would look better on the red color then the gold color but that is just my opinion
