Default Just Purchased P0161

I just bought an 01vert from a dealer (9/8/07). Got a check engine light and it came up P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2-B. Besides taking it back (under warranty) to the dealer is there anything anyone can tell me about this code. Just purchased membership; this is a great forum!!

Bad 02 sensor likely. If it's under warranty I would have the dealer take care of it, especially if recently purchased.
