Hams, I'll let you know in about 4 days. New 505's on the way and thats the tire John and I ended up going with. I did some research on them and liked what I read...especially the part about being quiet and stickiness

That actually appealled to me...not something you see every day. But as I said before, when I compared them against some of the other popular C5 tires, they were in the top quartile rating in almost every category....my conclusion was they appear to be tremendous value for the money...but the real test comes this weekend...picking up the rims/tires on Friday
505's are the rims (ala CCW)...you should know that judging by your sig pic. Invo's are mounted on them
easy thunder, i was referring to the post above your initial post. i am well aware of what rims i have, dont need a lesson. for your information, 555 is referring to nitto tire that the originator of post is requesting info on. reading comprehension is key, my comment was not intended for you

i checked in on the Invo about 9 months ago right when they were coming out. I was going for the 18 front and 19 rear set up. From what the tire dealer said Nitto did not have the correct sizes for that set up. I think it had something to do with the fact I wanted to run a 305 rear, honestly I don't recall the exact reason. However, if I remember correctly I think someone on the forum does have Invos. The specs on the tire did look good...ultimately I went with BGF KDW II and pleased with what I got...just wish the rear was 305 not 295.
he is asking about the invo's....not 555's. i am curious as to everyones responses....on the invo's
Exactly. The original poster is asking for opinions on Nitto Invos --------- Not Nitto 555's.

Thanks for your reply. But I think he WAS talking about 555's, not 505's. I think you miss read the numbers, therefore it changes the whole subject: Wheels vs tires....
I have had the Invo's on my car all summer about 7000 miles. They are quiet, ride awesome and are quite sticky. I have a 4:10 rear end in my Z and the tires hold up to it great. I would recommend these to anyone. I do not know how quick your looking to buy but Nitto is reportedly coming out with 555 and 555r 19"ers by spring? If you have anymore questions hit me back.

I have an 02 Coupe. Is there any word of Nitto coming out with Invo's for the fronts (245/45 R17)? If not, I'm thinking of going with NT555 all around or Invo's in the back and 555 in the front.

Anybody have any suggestions for me?
