It only ran 12.35 this time at 115.17 not sure why this time.I did add the vortec air box and i went slower. The only thing i think is maybe because i was so low on fuel this time it may not been geting the wright amount of fuel. It was on Empty. I ran it low so it would be a little lighter so i can break the 11's. So it went slower. I did find the dyno sheet and i put an extra 10 hp on the TQ. The TQ is 352 lbs corrected. Not sure how to put time slip on here.N :confused: :D :seeya
Nice ET...I am running 115-s with my 01, but need more track time to get the ET in line...Power Shifter has broke into the 11-s with the same mph, so it can be done.. :cool: Can you go over your lauch technique, Rpm's , clutch etc...
Yeppers, shouldn't put an airbox on an '02, without redialing........you will generally LOSE HP............or at least this is the concensus of what I have been hearing........ :rolleyes:
Yep, exactly...............the '02's are breathing way easier than the '01's, and they don't have the screen, and the airboxes are causing turbulence, and either riching way out, or leaning way out........or so the stories are going.......
First you need to know the weather differances, temp, baro presure and humidity between the diferent days. Then look at the slips or better yet post the times for 60,330,660,1000 and the 1320'. I don't think it was the gas in the tank as I have run mine dowwwwwwwwwwn to less than 1gal with out a problem. My guess is the intake was not the problem. This was a very good run on any day!! Ric
