Why would someone buy a car and not drive it? Personally I feel its bad to let it sit there like that. Too many seals to dry out, moisture in connectors and so on...

Yup, I've seen several cars like this sitting in bubbles and people's garages going to waste. I knew a LTC at Ft Monmouth who had a '03 ZO6 sitting around with only 5 miles on the clock. The guy that owns the Chevy dealership at my home town has dozens of Vettes in storage just wasting away. One of them is a 50th Anniversary vert. These cars were ment to be driven!
