I haven't seen C6 specifically. In terms of non-popup kits:
There are the C5R which look a little like C6, they look like projectors (but aren't out of the box).
There are Breathless Performance NPU's that also look like C6 lights - these are very flush with the hoodline - they use a square halogen and have small fans to keep them from fogging over.
There was also a yellow C5 with non-popup's that were actually Acura NSX lights custom grafted (which required custom fab, and hood/fascia modifications) - they were very C6-ish.
Personally, I like my popups - it a key design element for the C5 (and *many* earlier model corvettes). I just added a full projector HID system and now I have modern lights and kept my preferred popup style

I really want to but I haven't finalized my setup just yet ...
This will require cutting the front bumper, front fenders, and hood.
I'm still thinking of swapping my D1SC supercharger for either Magnuson or twin turbo but I am pretty sure the twin turbo route since I want low end power.
I also may want to add the front Tiger shark as well AND my current custom headlights look so good so I don't wanna spend time doing that.
I have spent many months looking for those pieces of front C6 bumpers and fenders and also C5 fenders to practice
There is a C5 here in So Cal that has the C6 lights done. It's a black and blue custom airbrushed show car. I've seen a thread and pics of it on here before.
What you likely saw was one of my photoshops of the C6 lights on a C5. It is much harder to do in real life than it was in photoshop. There is extensive body work and underhood work that you would need to do to pull it off. I think it looks great but not sure that it would be worth the money to undertake. There was one car that was photographed at a show and posted here on the forum that had actually done it, it is the last picture here. The others are photoshop.
The custom blue C5 belongs to Laurent Bensaid, of 'Corvette Specialty of California' in Riverside, CA.
And it costs $7k to do the conversion. I emailed them in June to find out how much it would be. There is modifications done to the hood, quarter panels, and front bumper plus all of that has to be repainted. Here are two more pics of it. I like the conversion, just not everything else on this car.

Good lord, $7k for some different looking headlights. Yikers.
