I really want blacklight, but although a while ago I saw lots of places offering it online, now the only place I've barely been able to find with extensive googling that has blacklight underglow is http://www.street-looks.com/scripts/...idProduct=5862. I have no idea what kind of experience to expect though, or if these products will come with everything I'll need to install, or if I'd somehow have to find command lines and everything to turn them on and off and a power line and source for them--or how durable they are, or how reliable a group this is. I also would have no idea how to install, or how easy they'd be to install.
Blacklighting is an interesting concept... it would be a little different than the typical neon ricer lighting. I wouldn't put it on my car, but I wouldn't mind seeing a black car with blacklight. Would really make those white lane divider lines stand out haha.
Would be cool for shows I guess. Just make sure you have a switch to turn it off while driving, not street legal.

Help? Please?
There are tube kits of what your talking about..but there is no place to mount them anywhere on the underside of the C5 that would work. IMO.
Ask the Kitsap County Police - they have some interesting results...
LOL!!!

that's more lights than me
I would be really embarrased to be pulled over by an unmarked subaru
I've actually been giving underglow serious thought. I originally purchased an LED tube style kit from ebay at a reasonable $60 but found that the underside of the C5 Doesn't have a nook to mount the tubes in. I was afraid that a speed bump would rip them completely off. Here in Texas, the roads are built for pickups and there are some driveways that i can't negotiate simply because of the grade. I ended up selling them to a friend with a mitsib-whatever 3000GT.
After additional research I've found a way that works. It's a little more expensive but will not be torn off. It involves LED strip lighting. The strips themselves are about 1/8" thick and have double back tape the length of the strip.
When I finally buy them, I'll do a write up. After finding out that non-flash/pattern underglow is completely legal in texas, I'm determined to show that underglow can look cool on a corvette....especially mine
