Just replaced mine last week. Real easy. It took me a couple hours only because i had to go buy the deep socket that fits the oil pressure sender and i took the time to clean the manifold. Should only take 20 or 30 minutes. I don't see why you would spent $300 plus on this. The part was $30 from Rock Auto Parts.
